MyFundedFutures Review 2026: Rules, Plans, Payouts & Everything You Need to Know
Every MFFU rule in one place — Rapid's intraday trailing drawdown, Pro's live transition, Builder's five-payout runway, T1 news restrictions and reset pricing.
MyFundedFutures at a glance
MyFundedFutures (MFFU) is one of the largest futures prop firms in the space, and also one of the most misunderstood. They run four different plan families, each with its own drawdown type, payout cadence, and news rules. Most traders buy an account without understanding which plan they actually bought.
Quick verdict: MFFU is a strong pick if you want daily payouts (Rapid), a real path to live capital (Pro), or a cheap low-barrier entry (Builder). The tradeoffs are the intraday drawdown on Rapid accounts and the T1 news restriction on funded Rapid and Pro accounts.

How the MFFU evaluation works
MFFU uses one standardized evaluation structure. You pick a plan and account size, hit the profit target without breaching the max loss limit, meet the minimum trading days, and you're promoted to a sim-funded account. No activation fee on any plan.
- ▸Profit target: the amount you need to earn to pass.
- ▸Maximum loss limit (MLL): the trailing drawdown that defines your account floor.
- ▸Daily loss limit: only on Builder ($1,000 soft pause); none on the others.
- ▸Consistency rule: 50% on Rapid and Pro evals only; none on Builder.
- ▸Minimum trading days: 2 days on Rapid and Pro, 1 day on Builder.
- ▸News trading: allowed on every evaluation.
Rapid Plan evaluation parameters
Every evaluation uses EOD trailing drawdown and permits news trading. The differences show up after you pass.
| Parameter | $25K | $50K | $100K | $150K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Profit target | $1,500 | $3,000 | $6,000 | $9,000 |

Pro and Builder evaluation parameters
Pro runs $50K–$150K with a 1-Day Add-On option that raises the $50K target to $4,000. Builder is the cheapest entry, passable in a single day with no consistency rule.
| Parameter | $50K | $100K | $150K |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profit target | $3,000 ($4,000 w/ 1-Day Add-On) | $6,000 | $9,000 |

Builder Plan evaluation
The only difference between Builder Default and Add-On is the max loss limit. Tighter cushion, lower price. Everything else is identical.
| Parameter | $25K | $50K Default | $50K Add-On |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profit target | $1,500 | $3,000 | $3,000 |

MyFundedFutures Rapid Plan (funded)
The Rapid Plan is built for one thing: getting paid fast. Daily payouts, a 90/10 split in your favor, and no consistency rule once you're funded. On a $50K you start at $0 balance with a $2,000 max loss distance from your equity high-water mark and 5 mini / 50 micro contracts.
The drawdown is intraday trailing. Your max loss line trails your highest equity point during the session, not just at close. If you're up $1,500 on an open trade and it reverses to breakeven, your max loss line already moved up $1,500 and stays there. This is the single biggest thing Rapid traders get wrong. Once the trailing max loss reaches $100, it locks permanently.
MFFU also offers a Rapid plan with end-of-day drawdown instead of intraday. Same payout structure, less punishing mechanics — if you hold through pullbacks, this is the better version.
- ▸Frequency: daily, every 24 hours.
- ▸First payout eligibility: 24 hours after your first funded trade.
- ▸Buffer required: $2,100 ($50K), $3,100 ($100K), $4,600 ($150K).
- ▸Minimum payout: $500. Consistency requirement: none.
- ▸Profit split: 90% trader / 10% firm.
- ▸Processing: most approved instantly; manual reviews take 6–12 business hours.
- ▸T1 news trading: not allowed on funded Rapid accounts.
MyFundedFutures Pro Plan (funded)
The Pro Plan is the path to a live funded account. Larger payout caps, 14-day payout cycles, and a defined transition to real capital.
You're reviewed for live after 3 consecutive payouts or a $20,000 profit milestone. Live funding ranges: $2,000–$5,000 ($50K), $3,000–$7,500 ($100K), $4,500–$10,000 ($150K). Live accounts carry a daily loss limit ($700–$3,000 depending on size), tighter contract limits (2–6), and a $250 minimum payout. After 20 winning days (each at least 4% of initial balance) plus 3 payouts, your initial live balance unlocks for withdrawal down to $140.
| Parameter | $50K | $100K | $150K |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profit split | 80/20 | 80/20 | 80/20 |
| Max loss (EOD) | $2,000 | $3,000 | $4,500 |
| Daily loss limit | None | None | None |
| Consistency | None | None | None |
| Max contracts | 5 mini / 5 micro | 10 / 10 | 15 / 15 |
| T1 news trading | Not allowed | Not allowed | Not allowed |
Pro payout rules
Payouts open 14 calendar days from your first trade, and after your first payout the MLL moves to starting balance + $100 and goes static.
- ▸Buffer: $2,100 ($50K), $3,100 ($100K), $4,600 ($150K).
- ▸Withdrawal while in buffer: up to 60% of profits before clearing the full buffer (min $1,000).
- ▸Minimum payout: $1,000.
- ▸Maximum payout in the sim stage: $100,000 per user.
- ▸Excess sim profit over the $100K cap rolls into your live balance up to the live funding limits.
MyFundedFutures Builder Plan
The Builder Plan is MFFU's newest and most beginner-friendly offering. Cheapest entry, no consistency rule on the eval, pass in one day, and a clear five-payout runway to live. It's also the only funded plan where T1 news trading stays open.
| Price | Default ($2,000 MLL) | Add-On ($1,500 MLL) |
|---|---|---|
| List price | $153 | $125 |
| 30% off | $107 | $87 |
| 40% off (2 uses) | $92 | $75 |
| Activation fee | $0 | $0 |
Builder funded parameters and payouts
You start at $0 (the account can go negative before the MLL trails to breakeven), with a $2,000 or $1,500 EOD trailing max loss, a $1,000 soft-pause daily loss limit, 4 mini / 40 micro contracts, and one active sim-funded account per user. Inactivity rule is 7 calendar days.
Payout example: clear the $2,100 buffer, build to $3,600 total. You have $1,500 above buffer, request $1,500, receive $1,200 after the split.
After your 5th approved sim payout you're promoted to live: same MLL as checkout, $1,000 daily loss limit, 80/20 split, daily payouts (often processed in minutes), $250 minimum, no consistency rule. A live breach triggers a 21-day cooldown where you can't trade sim, buy evals, or reset.
- ▸Profit split: 80/20. First payout eligibility: 48 hours after first trade.
- ▸Buffer: $2,100 (Default) or $1,600 (Add-On), equal to MLL + $100.
- ▸First payout: $500 net profit above buffer; subsequent: $500 net since last payout.
- ▸Minimum qualifying days per cycle: 2.
- ▸Consistency: 50% per payout cycle, reset after each approved payout.
- ▸Min payout $500, max $2,000 per cycle, 5 sim payouts total before live.
MyFundedFutures Flex Plan (legacy)
The Flex Plan is being phased out but still appears in the help center. $25K and $50K sizes, EOD drawdown, T1 news trading allowed. Payouts require 5 winning days ($100/day on $25K, $150/day on $50K), minimum $250, capped at 50% of net profit up to $3,000 ($25K) or $5,000 ($50K). After your first payout, the MLL resets to $100.
As of March 24, new traders are limited to three active $50K Flex sim-funded accounts. If you're choosing a plan today, Builder has replaced Flex as the entry-level option.
Payout policy compared
All payouts run through Riseworks. You'll need to complete KYC before your first request.

Drawdown types explained
EOD trailing drawdown (Pro, Builder, Flex, Rapid EOD): the max loss line only moves at session close, based on where your account closed. It trails up with new end-of-day highs, never moves down, and locks once it reaches $100 above your starting balance. Example: start at $50,000 with a $48,000 floor. Close at $51,000, your new floor is $49,000. Intraday swings don't move the line.
Intraday trailing drawdown (Rapid): the max loss line trails your equity high-water mark in real time, including unrealized profit. A trade that runs $800 in your favor and comes back to flat has permanently moved your floor up $800. It locks at $100 once it gets there. If your strategy involves holding through retracements, choose Rapid EOD or Pro instead.
Consistency rule
Evaluation: 50% on Rapid and Pro. Your single best day can't be more than half of your total profit. With a $3,000 target that means no single day over $1,500. None on Builder.
Sim-funded: none on Rapid, Pro, or Flex. 50% on Builder, calculated per payout cycle and reset after each approved payout. Live accounts have no consistency rule.
If you blow past 50% on a big day, you're not breached. You just need to trade more days to bring the ratio into compliance before passing or requesting a payout.
News trading rules
T1 events are FOMC meetings, FOMC minutes, the Employment Report (NFP), and CPI. Energy traders add EIA; ag traders add USDA reports. On restricted accounts, no positions or orders (including limit orders) can be open from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after the release. News at 8:30? Flat by 8:28:00, nothing new until 8:32:00.
T1 news is restricted on Rapid sim-funded and Pro sim-funded accounts. It's permitted on all evaluations, Builder at every stage, and Flex.
All other news you can trade through if it fits your normal system. What's prohibited everywhere: straddle/strangle setups designed to catch a news spike, and dressing up news scalps as normal trades.
Prohibited trading practices
Consequences are immediate termination, profit confiscation, and passed evaluations can be reviewed and denied without refund. Copy trading your own accounts is addressed separately in the help center and is permitted under their copy trading policy.
- ▸High-frequency trading.
- ▸Automated strategies designed to exploit sim fills (automation itself is allowed if it doesn't do this).
- ▸Stacking multiple limit orders at the same price to manipulate fills.
- ▸Trading gapped or illiquid markets for isolated fills.
- ▸Exploiting zero-slippage with ultra-tight brackets.
- ▸Hedging of any kind, including mini vs micro of the same underlying (long NQ, short MNQ).
- ▸Copy trading other traders or coordinating identical/opposite trades across accounts.
- ▸Sharing a device with another trader, or any violation of CME Group rules.
Trading hours and account limits
Sessions open at 6:00 PM ET (Globex open) and close at 4:10 PM ET, with automatic flattening at 4:10 PM ET on regular days. On holidays there is no auto-liquidation at early closes — you must close manually or the account breaches. Overnight holds are not allowed on any plan, and spamming orders after 4:10 PM ET can disqualify an account.
- ▸Evaluations: up to 10 active at once.
- ▸Sim-funded ($25K/$50K only): up to 5 active, any combination.
- ▸Sim-funded (any $100K or $150K): 3 active total across all sizes.
- ▸Builder sim-funded: 1 active per user.
- ▸Flex $50K (after March 24): 3 active (5 if grandfathered).

Resets are processed in minutes and return the account to its original parameters. Discount codes are frequent — check the Propfirms.net MyFundedFutures page for the current code before you buy or reset.

Live account transition summary
Once you have a live account you can't trade sim and live simultaneously on that plan. Live accounts are static-balance, carry a daily loss limit, and pay daily.
| Plan | Trigger |
|---|---|
| Rapid | $10,000 net profit in a single day (automatic), or risk team review |
| Pro | 3 consecutive payouts, $20K profit milestone, or risk team fast-track |
| Builder | After 5th approved sim payout |
| Flex | 5 consecutive payouts, $100K sim cap, or risk team discretion |

Who should use MyFundedFutures
Choose Rapid if you scalp or day trade with tight risk, want to withdraw daily, and don't trade the big four news events. Take Rapid EOD over standard Rapid if you hold through pullbacks.
Choose Pro if you have a proven edge and want the cleanest path to a live account with the highest payout ceiling. Choose Builder if you're newer, budget-conscious, want to pass fast without a consistency rule, or need to trade FOMC and CPI on a funded account.
Look elsewhere if you swing trade overnight, hedge as part of your strategy, or run HFT-style automation.
Final take
MyFundedFutures earns its reputation on payout speed and plan variety. The Rapid Plan's daily 90/10 payouts are hard to beat if your strategy fits the intraday drawdown. Pro is a legitimate route to real capital. Builder gets you in cheap, passes in a day, and lets you trade news.
The firm isn't hiding anything — every rule above is in their help center. Traders fail here because they buy a plan without understanding which drawdown they signed up for and which news events they can't touch.
Rules and pricing are accurate as of August 2026 and sourced from the official MyFundedFutures help center. Prop firm terms change frequently. Always confirm on the firm's site before purchasing. Propfirms.net may earn a commission from links on this page.
