Top One Futures Review 2026
Top One Futures (TOF) runs six product lines — Elite (1-step evaluation), Elite DAILY V2 (launched 11 May 2026), Elite ACCESS (a $39 budget evaluation with a 30-day clock), Instant Sim Funded (V1/V2 split by purchase date), S2F Sim PRO (instant, intraday trailing) and Ignite (the cheapest instant funded) — plus the most elaborate path-to-live program of any firm on this site. Sizes are 25K / 50K / 100K / 150K everywhere. Three mechanics are unique to TOF: a DECLINING profit target per payout cycle (6% → 5% → 4%), an Equity Stability Score (ESS) of (best day + |worst day|) ÷ total profit ≤ 20% that punishes big LOSING days, and a daily loss limit that PAUSES your day instead of breaching the account on Elite eval and Ignite. Firm-wide: a 10-second minimum trade duration (10.00s is a violation, 10.01s is fine), no bots or EAs on instant lines, and purchase guardrails on newer plans (10 evaluations per rolling 30 days, 12 resets per account per 30 days, 5 funded accounts max). Several plans must be flat by 4:00 PM ET with no overnight holds. Use code GUS for 50% OFF all accounts.

Top One Futures Plan Breakdown
Elite
The flagship one-step evaluation. 6% targets ($1,500 / $3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000), NO consistency rule in the evaluation, a 1-day pass and no minimum days. EOD trailing max loss of $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500 that locks at start + $100. The 2.5% EOD daily loss limit PAUSES your day rather than breaching the account. No contract scaling in the eval; resets are $29 / $39 / $79 / $119. Funded costs a $149 one-time activation at every size and carries a 25% consistency rule that resets after each payout, plus declining per-cycle profit targets of 6% / 5% / 4%. Max 3 funded accounts.
Elite DAILY V2
Launched 11 May 2026. 6% evaluation target with a real daily loss limit of $500 / $1,000 / $1,250 / $1,850 (2% / 2% / 1.25% / 1.23%) and an EOD max loss of $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500. A 40% consistency rule applies to the EVALUATION ONLY. Contracts 1 / 3 / 5 / 7, and there is NO activation fee. Once funded the max loss tightens on the larger sizes ($2,500 on 100K, $3,500 on 150K) and locks at start + $100. Payouts are DAILY from day one with a $500 minimum and caps of $750 / $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,250 per request against buffers of $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,500. The daily progression rule requires at least 50% of every payout to be NEW profit earned since your last payout. Live requires 5 payouts here, not 3.
Elite ACCESS
The $39 budget evaluation — and the only plan on this site with a TIME LIMIT: you have 30 days to pass. 6% target, a 1-day pass is possible, NO daily loss limit in the evaluation and an EOD max loss of $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,000. Eval reset is $35 and you can hold up to 10 accounts. The catch is back-loaded: activation runs $139 to $359 depending on size, so the true cost is far above the $39 sticker. Funded adds a DLL of $500 / $1,000 / $1,250 / $1,750, a 40% consistency rule, 5 profitable days with a minimum daily profit of $200 / $250 / $300 / $350, and payouts must exceed the buffer plus $500.
INSTANT Sim Funded
Skip the evaluation entirely. This line SPLIT by purchase date: accounts bought on or after 27 July 2026 are 'Instant 2.0' with max loss $1,000 / $2,000 / $4,000 / $5,250, DLL $625 / $1,250 / $2,500 / $3,000 and payout caps $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000. Accounts bought BEFORE 27 July 2026 are grandfathered with max loss $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500, DLL $625 / $1,250 / $2,500 / $3,750 and higher caps of $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,000 / $3,500. In short, 2.0 gives you wider drawdown on the big sizes but LOWER payout caps. Both versions use EOD trailing that locks at start + $100 (also after your first payout), a 20% consistency rule that resets after each payout, declining targets of 6% / 5% / 4%, no scaling, 90/10, max 3 accounts and NO resets.
S2F Sim PRO
The instant, intraday route and the cheapest way to a large allocation. Trailing drawdown is INTRADAY (TIDD) at 3% with a 2% daily loss limit, and you can run up to 5 accounts for $750K of total sim allocation. Copying across different plan types is a breach and forfeits profits. Payouts need 10 trading days with 7 profitable (a profitable day is 0.1% of starting balance), declining targets of 6% / 5% / 4%, and an Equity Stability Score of ≤ 20% — (best day + |worst day|) ÷ total profit — which resets each payout and punishes large losing days. Caps are $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,000 / $3,500 per withdrawal at a 90/10 split. No overnight holds (flat by 4:00 PM ET), manual trading only, news allowed, 14-day inactivity breach and the 10-second rule. Live review comes after 2 payouts, and sim profits up to 10% of the starting balance carry over to live. The anytime-payout add-on is NOT available here.
IGNITE Instant Funding
The cheapest instant funded account: one-time fee, no activation, no monthly. The daily loss limit of $500 / $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 PAUSES your day instead of breaching the account, and the EOD max loss is $1,000 / $2,000 / $4,000 / $6,000. Ignite carries the tightest recurring consistency rule here at 15%, with a 5% profit target PER payout cycle and caps of $500 / $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000 against a $250 minimum payout. Contracts are 1 / 3 / 5 / 7 minis (10x micros), and you can copy up to 10 SAME-SIZE Ignite accounts only. No overnight holds and no EAs. Live review after 3 payouts, earlier at TOF's discretion.
